Art Terms of Service
(Drawn Art & Base fills)
By commissioning me, you agree that you have read the terms and agree to them. You also agree you may become blacklisted if not followed1. 🫐 • I have the right to alter any part of my terms of service at any time it is your job to keep up with them.2. 🫐 • Please clarify which option you are getting so it’s easier to determine the final price. Example; “I want a full-body pose draw over” or “I want a colored non-base headshot of this character”3. 🫐 • Remember that 1 slots = 1 commission4 ,🫐 • Extra characters are 100% added to the original cost. (Yes this also applies to bases and poses)
Example: A pizza costs $5 if you want two pizzas it costs $105. 🫐 • If I deem a character or commission as complex/ hard it will cost extra.6. 🫐 • You may upload the finished work wherever you like as long as the artist's signature has not been removed.7. 🫐 • Commissioned work is for private use only and may not be used for commercial purposes unless permission is requested for that.
-- Works such as t-shirts and badges may be created and do not need permission, as long as it is for personal use only8. 🫐 • Commissions are worked on in the order it was commissioned or if another commission seems easier to do first.9. 🫐 • When commissioning NSFW art from me you are agreeing that you are at least 18+ or of legal age to do so. Proof of age may be asked for.10. 🫐 • I have the right to my art, and the right to post my art anywhere. The character rights still belong to you.11. 🫐 • You may not use my art or bases for/in NFTs or other cryptocurrencies/blockchain / bitcoin-related transactions.
-- You may not use any of my works with/for AI or its training (artificial intelligence) for any reason. I give no one person of this.12.🫐 • Your commission is yours, but respect my rules. You can't copy or trace my art, but you can roleplay with it if you want. (and ONLY if is your character)13. 🫐 • if I do not hear from you within 24 hours of the finished art or w.i.p being sent I will cancel your order and sell the lines off as a ych or use it as an adopt. This’ll also result in you being blacklisted.
BottomToS?read14.🫐 • You may cancel your commission if it hasn’t been started. By canceling a commission you forfeit rights to said art and I’ll likely sell the lines as a YCH.15. 🫐 • I’ll send a watermarked version to the commissioner when finished. After I receive payment I’ll give the unwatermarked version.
(It will still have the artist's signature!).
-- NEVER is it allowed to remove the artist's signature at any time. I normally put my signature in a non-conspicuous place, so that the focus is still on your commission.16. 🫐 • I will tell you if I'm able or unable to do your order17. 🫐 • Written descriptions, irl pictures, or pallets only are not acceptable references.18. 🫐 • The more references you can give me, the better.19. 🫐 • Don't show a character if you don't own it or without proper permission from its owner unless you can show proof the owner of Oc wouldn’t mind.20. 🫐 • I have the right to not accept certain commissions, cancel a commission, or blacklist people.

I'll only color and edit bases\line-arts if the original artist is okay with it. I'll color and edit any Bases/ line-arts such as SFW, NSFW, and any animals I don't normally draw.

Avatar Terms of Service

— Not reading the Terms of Service will result in being denied service or even blank listed. (You only get two chances after that it’s a blacklist)2.🍓 • I have the right to alter any part of my terms of service at any time it is your job to keep up with them.3.🍓• I mainly offer retexture work. I cannot add assets to an avatar if it is not compatible by default.

— The unity packages given will be limited/ restricted. Meaning you’ll need to import the original avatar and other respective assets first. General FAQ.
• Is there some way I can support you?
Yes. Currently the best way to support me would be by checking out my Wishlists -Click Me-• When do I pay you for the commission?
After receiving the low-quality version of the completed commission that’s when payment must be sent. After receiving payment you’ll get the commissioned piece with only a small watermark that doesn’t obstruct it.• Can I pay before the commission is finished?
I would highly prefer to be paid after it is finished so no. It is this way so you cannot request a refund and cheat me out of my work or because it takes awhile for me to finish said comm.• How long until a commission is finished?/ Why is it taking so long?
It can take anywhere from a few weeks to a month or longer depending on the artist's motivation. The same goes for retexture work. It's best to look at the completed queue to get an idea of time. This is why payment is after and not before
If you are wanting a commission done fast or are impatient it is recommend to look into commissioning someone else.• When do you work on commissions?
Tuesdays - Thursdays is when I’ll work on commissions.• Can I cancel a commission?
You may request a cancellation at anytime. If a commission has not been started yet or is in the super early stages it can be cancelled without worry.
If already in the last stages or almost done then a cancellation isn’t guaranteed (if refuse to pay after denied cancellation request then you will become blacklisted)What is your skillset?
My skills vary from base fills to some 3d. I provide basic base fill/ coloring comms while also being able to heavily edit the lines or do pose draw overs. I have basic Unity and Blender knowledge but still learning more as I go.Can you design a Oc for me?

• Do you do art trades?
Yes but only with Friends of friends or other trusted artists.• Can I get free art?
No. The only way you’d get a free commission is if I offer it by asking you directly or if I make a post.• Do you draw anthro/bipedal/ furries?
No, I absolutely despise drawing them scratch. I can only offer pose drawovers for those.• Do you do NFSW art?
I’m not able to draw it from scratch but I do have the ability to heavily edit sfw bases/poses into NSFW or just simply color NSFW lines.

What models can you texture?
I can retexture any models as long as a SSP (substance painer file) lower then Version 10.1.2 or fbx file is provided. Here’s a list of models I currently own.
All VRChat Models I ownCan I have the full unity package?
If you can prove you own a copy of the model then yes otherwise I can only give you a restrictive version of it.
Meaning it will not include any part of the avatars ui, fbx, or accessories. You will need to import the original avatar files and other required packages first before my provided package.How can I prove ownership of a model
You can be verified in the model creator’s Discord with the appropriate role for said model or can send a screenshot of your receipt used to purchase the model.What if I can’t prove I own the model?
If it doesn’t go against a models maker’s ToS and it’s SFW then the last option would be to give you the public Avatar cloning link. This’ll allow you to change into it from the website while it’s uploaded to my account.Can you upload it to my account?
No. I cannot upload avatars to your account for safety reasons. Vrchat ip bans and sharing login information with anyone is never recommended. I will only ever consider this for close friends.
- Please have basic Unity knowledge or have a friend help you upload. I will not be your tutorial.Do you take public avatar/texture suggestions?
Sure. You may suggest an idea for one here. Google Fourm linkWhat Unity tools and assets do you use?
I regularly use Polytool, Pumkins avatar tools, GoLoco, Poi shader, Goo shader Jerry’s face tracking template, and VRCFuryCan I just send you the files of an asset or avatar to use?
No. This goes against most creators ToS even if it’s just for a commission.

⬅️ BackIdola’s F2U/ P2U bases
• File type will be a PSD, PNG, or Tiff. It’ll have one or more layers. It may include a transparent layer, a colored/ white background layer, and a credits layer.
You’ll either need a program that’s able to open the said file or search the internet for a “PSD or ZIP file extractor”. I will not give you the transparent file directly.• You are free to edit my bases to fit your characters if need be.• Make sure to give credit where it’s it’s due. Saying things such as “lines not by be me” or “credits to the original artist” does not count as credit.
Ways to properly credit me:
• Linking the artist profile or original base in the description
OR
• Put credits directly on the image/art by writing “Base (c) Idola Katopodis” or something similar
_______________• Please refrain from sharing the files if it can be helped. Try to link back to my page where the bases are found.• Do not repost my uncolored bases to other sites under any circumstances.

They may look similar to something else to some people but I assure you that I made them myself.• You may only use my bases for personal use and not any profit unless it’s free, this applies to game currency too. The only time profitable use is allowed is if permission is given to you by me. Simply message me to ask permission. If permission is given you may use them for paid things such as Adoptables, YCH’s, and coloring commissions.
